How much does the breakfast cost and what are the options?
The American breakfast comes at a cost of 35 CHF and 25 CHF for the continental breakfast. On weekends we offer an extensive brunch until 14:00.
What are the costs for internet in the hotel?
In all public areas we offer free Wi-Fi access. WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 19 per 24 hours.

Can you arrange transfer / transport services?
On request we can offer our limousine service. For this purpose, please contact the Guest Service Centre: +41 44 285 4000.
Do you offer parking spaces at the Sheraton Hotel Zurich West?
Yes, we do offer parking spaces in the public underground parking for CHF 2,50 per hour. If you park your car in our underground parking for a whole day, without entering and leaving in between, the maximum prize is CHF 25.- for 24 hours.
How can I pay at the hotel?
We accept: Cash (in USD, EUR, CHF and GBP), ATM card , credit card (American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, JCB, CUP), bank transfer, in advance or through valid vouchers.
Is it possible to exchange money?
We offer this in-house for up to 500 CHF.
Can I redeem checks?
Personal checks are not accepted.
Can you place an extra bed in the room?
We are pleased to provide an extra bed in the rooms where the space and fire regulations allow it. Additional beds can only be placed in executive rooms and costs 85 CHF per night. Children under the age of 12 years are allowed to stay in the room of their parents / bed for free.
What are the rates for children in the hotel?
Children under 6 years are charged nothing for their own consumption in the restaurant and the cafe & bar. Children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % on buffet options for their own consumption - for orders from the a la carte menu we allow us to charge the full amount for the dish.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check- in starts as of 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out takes place until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Do you need a late check-out? Please ask this directly at the front desk at the hotel or via the Guest Service Center at +41 44 285 4000 and we will have a look if it is possible. Additional charges may occur for this.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
The entire Sheraton Zurich hotel is a non - smoking hotel and therefore smoking is only permitted outside the hotel. We reserve us the right to charge a cleaning fee of 250 CHF if this rule is not followed.
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs are allowed in the hotel and stay at the hotel on a nightly rate of 25 CHF. We are happy to also provide dog bed and water bowl.

Is it possible that there are changes to the VAT?
Our prices include the respective statutory VAT. If there is an increase in the VAT after booking the room, the VAT rate applicable on the date of the stay applies. Therefore it is possible that the room rate may increase.
What happens if there is a currency fluctuation?
For hotels that are not located in the U.S., the published rates for your stay can potentially be converted into the local currency. For this the exchange rates of the respective hotel will be used. These are subject to regular exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel area of effect. There may be an influence on the amount debited to your credit card account. If you have any questions, please contact the hotel directly.
Does the hotel offer a sewing service?
Yes, if you for example have a loose button, we do offer a sewing service. Please contact our front office team for any questions about our sewing service or dial “guest services” on your in-room phone. In case we are not able to assist you at the hotel, we will gladly inform you about the sewing service closest to our hotel.
Does the hotel offer various pillows?
Yes, you will find pillows with two kinds of filling in your guest room (down filling and synthetic filling). In addition, we offer pillows with rosshair or millet filling as well as neck rolls upon request. Please contact our front office team or dial “guest services” on your in-room phone, if you would like us to provide such pillows.
